OUR STORY – A MOTHER COMMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF 0–3 YEAR OLDS

I'm Laura, a mother of two children, and like many parents, I was confronted very early on with a difficult question:
How do you keep a baby occupied without falling into the trap of screens?

Tired, overwhelmed, sometimes at my wits' end, I've sometimes given in. A cartoon, a phone for "5 minutes of peace"...
And yet, deep down, I felt something was wrong. I saw my baby absorbed, cut off from the world, and I wondered:
Is this really good for him?

I then started to research, read, and observe. And what I discovered shocked me:
Screens can deeply disrupt the development of toddlers—language, concentration, sleep, social skills…

It was from this realization that Bébé Calinou was born.
My mission is simple:

To help parents provide a natural, playful, and healthy stimulating environment for their child—without digital overstimulation.

I carefully select toys that:

  • stimulate the senses,
  • develop motor skills,
  • encourage autonomy,
  • soothe and comfort… 

all without any screens.

Because the 0-3 years are the foundation of a whole future,
I want to help every parent build these first years with awareness, gentleness, and confidence.
