Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements
If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer 3 options:
1. Exchange your item for a different size / color.
We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
2. Refund Details
The consumer has a thirty-day right of return from the date of receipt of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain their responsibility.
Return shipping costs of €4.90 will therefore be deducted from the refund amount, which will be visible on their account within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of the returned item.
For orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect, return shipping costs are our responsibility.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.
3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We are so sorry! Please email us at contact@bebecalinou.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (e.g., incorrect / defective item)
- A photo or video
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund will be visible on your account within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of your request. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item?
- Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
- Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide you by email.

Delivery:
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive store credit, it will correspond to the amount you paid. If you have notified that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus any restocking fees.
If you request an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
Warning:
If you are shipping items over €50 in value, we strongly suggest returning the product with a tracking number.
